Roasted Spicy Taco Chicken Recipe Ingredients:- 8 pieces bone-in Chicken - skin removed
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 - 1.25oz package Taco Seasoning Mix ,divided use
- 1 cup Parmesan Bread Crumbs
- ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsps.(teaspoons) Salt
- ½ tsp.(teaspoon) Pepper
- 3 tbsps. (tablespoons) Butter - melted

Roasted Spicy Taco Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In shallow bowl, mix together buttermilk and 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) taco seasoning mix; mix well. In another shallow bowl, mix together remaining taco seasoning mix, bread crumbs, flour, salt and pepper; mix well.
Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on broiler pan.
Discard any remaining buttermilk and coating mixture. Let chicken stand 10 minutes.
Drizzle chicken with butter. Roast for 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
