 Roasted Chicken & Rice Recipe

 Roasted Chicken & Rice Recipe Ingredients:
  • 8-10 pieces Chicken
  • 3 cups Water
  • 6 cups Chicken Bouillon cubes
  • ½ cube Butter
  • 1 cup Rice - uncooked
  • 1 small Onion - chopped
  • ½ Green Pepper - chopped
  • ½ cup Celery - chopped


Time: 2 hours
Serves: 4 - 5

 Roasted Chicken & Rice Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Bring water to boil in Dutch oven and then add bouillon cubes. Mix the other ingredients, except chicken, with bouillon and water.
     

  • Season the chicken with seasoning salt and lay pieces on top of the rice mixture. Cook 1 ½ hours at 400 degrees.

  • Allow to cool a little before serving
  • Ensure that all frozen Chicken has completely Defrosted before cooking
  • Always ensure that Chicken is eaten by the sell - by date
