Roasted Chicken & Mushroom Casserole Recipe Ingredients:- 8 pieces Chicken
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1/8 tsp.(teaspoon) Pepper
- ½ tsp.(teaspoon) Salt
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup shredded - Cheddar Cheese
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- ¼ cup Sour Cream

Roasted Chicken & Mushroom Casserole Recipe Instructions & Tips:Preheat oven to 425ºF. gently melt butter in pan. Coat chicken with flour. Place skin side down in butter pan. Roast, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Turn pieces; roast 12 to 15 minutes longer, or until well browned. Remove and reduce heat to 325ºF. mix together rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover pan with foil. Roast 20 minutes longer or until sauce is bubbly.
