 Roasted Blue Chicken Recipe

 Roasted Blue Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless Chicken Breasts
  • ½ lb Blue Cheese - crumbled
  • 1 pint Sour Cream
  • 4 pressed Garlic Cloves
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp.(tablespoon) Butter
  • 2 tbsp.(tablespoon) Oil
  • Salt to taste

Serves: 4

 Roasted Blue Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Salt chicken lightly and dip in flour.
     

  • Roll floured chicken breasts in beaten egg and bread crumb mixture.
     

  • Place oil and butter in a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides. Place browned breasts in a baking dish and set aside.
     

  • Mix crumble blue cheese, sour cream and the garlic. Pour over chicken.
     

  • Cover and roast in a 350°F oven for 40-50 minutes.
