 Roasted Apricot Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Chicken Breasts, skinned and cut in half
  • ½ tsp.(teaspoon) Salt
  • ¼ tsp.(teaspoon) Pepper
  • ¼ tsp.(teaspoon) Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Apricot Preserves
  • ½ cup French Dressing
  • 2 tsps.(teaspoons) Apple Jelly
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Dry Chicken Bouillon


Time: 1 hour

Serves: 4

 Roasted Apricot Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:
  • Place chicken in a foil lined pan. mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder and sprinkle on chicken. mix together and Lightly Brush remaining ingredients all over chicken.
     
  • Roast at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
