Low Fat Tart & Tangy Chicken Grill Recipe Ingredients:- 4 x 4oz Chicken Breasts, skinned & boned
- 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Honey
- 2 Cloves Garlic - crushed
- 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Chili Peppers
- 1 Lemon - juiced
- 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Olive Oil
- Season well with Salt and Pepper - to taste

Low Fat Tart & Tangy Chicken Grill Recipe Instructions & Tips:Mix honey, garlic, chili peppers, lemon juice and olive oil; mix to dissolve honey, then pour over chicken breasts, coating both sides. Leave to marinate 30 minutes. Preheat barbecue to medium-high; cook chicken breasts for three to four minutes per side.
