 Low Fat Tart & Tangy Chicken Grill Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 x 4oz Chicken Breasts, skinned & boned
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Honey
  • 2 Cloves Garlic - crushed
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Chili Peppers
  • 1 Lemon - juiced
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Olive Oil
  • Season well with Salt and Pepper - to taste

 Low Fat Tart & Tangy Chicken Grill Recipe Instructions & Tips:
  • Mix honey, garlic, chili peppers, lemon juice and olive oil; mix to dissolve honey, then pour over chicken breasts, coating both sides.
     

  • Leave to marinate 30 minutes.
     

  • Preheat barbecue to medium-high; cook chicken breasts for three to four minutes per side.
