Low Fat Golden Nuggets Recipe Ingredients:- ½ tsp.(teaspoon) Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cup Plain Low-Fat Yogurt
- ½ cup Dry Baby Oatmeal with Bananas
- ½ tsp.(teaspoon) Herb Seasoning
- 1 Whole Chicken Breast, skinned, boned, washed, patted dry, cut into bite-size pieces

Low Fat Golden Nuggets Recipe Instructions & Tips:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using ½ tsp.(teaspoon) oil, grease a low-sided baking dish. Place yogurt in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, mix dry baby oatmeal and herb seasoning. Coat chicken with yogurt, then roll in seasoned oatmeal. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool before serving.
