 Spicy Chicken Recipe

 Spicy Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts - boneless
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) lemon juice
  • ½ cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro - chopped
  • ¼ tsp.(teaspoon) Salt
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Dry Mustard

Serves: 2 - 4

 Spicy Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Rinse chicken breast and pat dry. Set aside.
     

  • Mix remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl. Set aside 3 tbsps. (tablespoons) of the mixture for basting during cooking. Add chicken to bowl; marinade for 15 minutes or for enhanced flavor, marinade for up to one hour in the refrigerator.
     

  • Grill chicken breasts over medium-hot fire or under pre-heated grill for approximately 3 - 5 minutes on each side or until cooked all the way through.
     

  • Baste with the 3 tbsps. (tablespoons) of reserved marinade while cooking.
