 Spicy Bbq Chicken Recipe

 Spicy Bbq Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 8 halves chicken breast
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • ½ cup shortening
  • 2 tbsp.(tablespoon) shortening
  • ½ cup butter
  • 3 tbsp.(tablespoon) pepper
  • 2 tbsp.(tablespoon) red pepper
  • 1-½ tbsp.(tablespoon) salt

 Spicy Bbq Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • mix together all ingredients except chicken in saucepan, bring to boil and cook until shortening and butter gently melt. Remove from heat.
     

  • Cover coals with soaked wood chips (hickory or mesquite).
     

  • Coat chicken with sauce and grill chicken over medium coals or heat 45-55 min or until done, turning and basting every 10 min.
