 Thai Chicken with Basil & Chili Recipe

 Thai Chicken with Basil & Chili Recipe Ingredients:
  • 500g Chicken Fillets
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 10 Green Beans
  • 20 Fresh Krapao Basil Leaves
  • 3 tbsps. (tablespoons) Oil
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Chilli Paste
  • 3 tbsps. (tablespoons) Fish Sauce
    2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Sugar


Time: 20 min
Serves: 4

 Thai Chicken with Basil & Chili Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Slice chicken, chop garlic, cut beans into 1 cm long pieces, chop basil leaves.
     

  • Heat oil in a wok or a pan, add garlic and roast for a minute. Add chilli paste and roast.
     

  • Add chicken and stir-fry for two minutes. Add fish sauce, sugar and beans and continue to stir-fry.
     

  • Reduce heat and add the basil leaves.
