 Texas Country Fried Chicken Recipe

 Texas Country Fried Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 lb of Chicken Pieces
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Extra Large Egg
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsps.(teaspoons) Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Paprika
  • ¼ tsp.(teaspoon) Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Ground Black Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil


Time: 35 min
Serves: 4 - 6

 Texas Country Fried Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Blend milk and egg together.
     

  • mix together dry ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then egg/milk mixture, and then flour mixture again.
     

  • Fry at 325*F (160*C), 13 to 15 minutes on each side or until golden brown and done, if necessary turn again and fry 5 minutes longer.
