Poulet Aux Champignons Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Chicken Breasts - skinless, boneless , butter flied
- ¼ cup Flour
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- 4 tsps.(teaspoons) Dijon Mustard
- ½ cup Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp.(teaspoon) - Fresh Thyme
- 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) - Butter
- 1 cup Mushrooms - cut in quarters
- 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) - chopped Scallions

Poulet Aux Champignons Recipe Instructions & Tips:Season the chicken breasts with thyme, salt and pepper and dust them in the flour. Heat 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) butter in a skillet and cook the chicken on both sides until ready. In another pan, sauté the mushrooms in the rest of the butter, add the Dijon mustard, heavy cream, chicken stock and reduce the sauce until thick. Season to taste and add the chopped scallions 2 minutes before the sauce is ready. Serve the sauce over the cooked chicken breasts.
