 Honey Chicken Recipe

 Honey Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 250g Breast Fillets
  • 60g Honey
  • 3g Sesame Seeds

    Marinade:
  • 3ml Rice Wine
  • 3ml Ginger Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 40g Corn Flour
  • Sesame Oil - few drops
  • Salt - pinch
  • 50ml Water

    Batter:
  • 40g Corn Flour
  • 10g Custard Powder
  • 100g Self Raising Flour
  • 20ml Oil
  • 200ml Water


Time: 25 min
Serves: 2

 Honey Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Cut meat into large dice about 2cm.
     

  • mix together with marinade and set aside.
     

  • Mix batter and double deep fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
     

  • Stir fry chicken with honey and stir in sesame seeds.

  • Ensure that all frozen Chicken has completely Defrosted before cooking
