 Garlic Chicken Recipe

 Garlic Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 Chicken Breasts - cut into chunks
  • 8 Cloves Garlic - crushed
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Black Soy
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Salt
  • 5 tbsps. (tablespoons) Oil
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Sesame Oil
  • ½ cup Water


Time: 30 min
Serves: 2

 Garlic Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Heat oil and fry garlic until brown, remove. In remaining oil fry chicken until cooked.
     

  • Add oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, water, garlic and sesame oil and simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Ensure that all frozen Chicken has completely Defrosted before cooking
