 Creamy Chicken Tarragon Recipe

 Creamy Chicken Tarragon Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 ½ lb Chicken - cut up
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Dry White Wine
  • 1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp.(teaspoon) Tarragon
  • ½ cup Whipping Cream

 Creamy Chicken Tarragon Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken, drain.
    Add Lipton Onion soup mix and tarragon blended with water and wine.
     

  • Simmer covered 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken to serving platter and keep warm.
     

  • Into skillet, stir in flour blended with cream. Bring to boiling point, then simmer stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
     

  • Serve sauce over chicken.
