Country Fried Chicken Recipe Ingredients:- 3 lb of Chicken Pieces
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Extra Large Egg
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsps.(teaspoons) Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Paprika
- ¼ tsp.(teaspoon) Poultry Seasoning
- 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Ground Black Pepper
- Vegetable Oil

Country Fried Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:Blend milk and egg together. mix together dry ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then egg/milk mixture, and then flour mixture again. Fry at 325*F (160*C), 13 to 15 minutes on each side or until golden brown and done, if necessary turn again and fry 5 minutes longer.
