 Chicken Supreme Recipe

 Chicken Supreme Recipe Ingredients:
  • 800g Chicken Supreme
  • 20ml Milk
  • Salt
  • Dry Oregano
  • 20ml Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • Flour
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 50g Butter


Time: 1 hour
25 min
Serves: 4 - 6

 Chicken Supreme Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Soak chicken breasts in milk for 1 hour and drain.
    Rub the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano and oil.
     

  • Pass meat through flour, egg wash and bread crumbs.
     

  • Fry in butter 6 minutes.
     

  • Serve with mushroom sauce.
