Chicken Manjuriyan Recipe Ingredients:- 1 kg Chicken - small pieces
- 300 grams Soy Sauce
- 200 grams Ginger - cut into small pieces
- 300grams Garlic - cut into small pieces
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 Fresh Onion - cut into long pieces
- 200 grams All Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
Bell Pepper - 1 cut into small pieces - Agin-o-motto - a pinch
- Chilli Powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste

Chicken Manjuriyan Recipe Instructions & Tips:Mix the all purpose flour, beaten egg, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder to make a paste. Add the chicken to the paste and let it for 45 minutes. Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions, bell pepper, ginger and garlic pieces. Add the soy sauce and let it boil. Add the fried chicken pieces to the boiling mixture Add the agin-o-motto and coriander leaves.
