 Chicken Manjuriyan Recipe

 Chicken Manjuriyan Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Chicken - small pieces
  • 300 grams Soy Sauce
  • 200 grams Ginger - cut into small pieces
  • 300grams Garlic - cut into small pieces
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Fresh Onion - cut into long pieces
  • 200 grams All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg
    Bell Pepper - 1 cut into small pieces
  • Agin-o-motto - a pinch
  • Chilli Powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

 Chicken Manjuriyan Recipe Instructions & Tips:
  • Mix the all purpose flour, beaten egg, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder to make a paste.
     

  • Add the chicken to the paste and let it for 45 minutes.
     

  • Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken.
     

  • Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions, bell pepper, ginger and garlic pieces.
     

  • Add the soy sauce and let it boil.
     

  • Add the fried chicken pieces to the boiling mixture
     

  • Add the agin-o-motto and coriander leaves.
