 Chicken Chili Recipe

 Chicken Chili Recipe Ingredients:
  • 500g Chicken Fillets
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Oil
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 1 Fresh Red Chilli
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tbsps. (tablespoons) Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Soy Sauce


Time: 20 min
Serves: 4

 Chicken Chili Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Slice chicken, chop garlic.
     

  • Slice pepper, chilli and onions.
     

  • Heat oil in a wok or a pan, add garlic and chicken and stir-fry for one minute.
     

  • Add onions, pepper and chilli and stir-fry until chicken is done.
     

  • Stir in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce.

  • Allow to cool a little before serving
  • Ensure that all frozen Chicken has completely Defrosted before cooking
  • Always ensure that Chicken is eaten by the sell - by date
