 Chicken Burger Recipe

 Chicken Burger Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chopped Cooked Chicken
  • ½ cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup finely minced - Onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper - to taste
  • 3 tbsps. (tablespoons) Vegetable Oil


Time: 30 min
Serves: 6

 Chicken Burger Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • mix together chicken, breadcrumbs, onion and eggs in medium bowl and blend well. Season with salt and pepper.
     

  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Form chicken mixture into 6 patties.
     

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
     

  • Add patties and fry until browned, turning once.
