 Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Recipe

 Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts - boneless, skinless , cooked & cubed
  • 6oz uncooked Fettuccine
  • 1 cup chopped Broccoli
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Butter
  • 1 10.75oz can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup - undiluted
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup grated - Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp.(teaspoon) Black Pepper


Time: 30 min
Serves: 4

 Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Prepare fettuccine according to package directions. Add broccoli for last four minutes of cooking time. Drain into colander.
     

  • In skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
     

  • Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper, and fettuccine mixture and cook through, stirring occasionally.
