 Sticky Chicken Wing Recipe

 Sticky Chicken Wing Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 lb Chicken Wings - cut into 2 sections
  • 1 cup Flour
  • Oil - for frying

    Sauce:
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsps. (tablespoons) Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsps. (tablespoons) Water


Time: 45 min
Serves: 3 - 4

 Sticky Chicken Wing Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
     

  • Dip wings into flour then brown in hot oil in skillet. Place browned wings in a foil lined baking dish. (The sauce is very sticky so be sure to line the pan.)
     

  • Mix all sauce ingredients well and pour over chicken wings.
     

  • Bake for 20 minutes without a cover, then for 20 minutes covered, then a final 20 minutes uncovered.
     

  • Turn wings in the sauce after cooking for 30 minutes.
