 Rosemary Lemon Chicken Recipe

 Rosemary Lemon Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Lemon juice - from 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Honey
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp.(tablespoon) Oil
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Fresh Rosemary - chopped
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) White Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper


Time: 1 hour
45 min
Serves: 4

 Rosemary Lemon Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken breast in it for 1 hour.
     

  • Place the chicken breasts in a roasting pan, cover and cook them for 25 minutes at 425 F.
     

  • Remove the lid for the last 10 minutes of cooking. Serve the Rosemary Lemon Chicken with roasted potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
