Paprika Chicken Recipe Ingredients:- 1 - 3.5 lb Chicken - cut to 8 pieces
- 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Oil
- 1 Fresh Onion - chopped
- 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Paprika
- 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp.(teaspoon) - Minced Garlic
- Season well with Salt and Pepper to taste
- ˝ cup Chicken Stock

Paprika Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:In a large skillet, heat the oil and sear the chicken pieces. Transfer them in a roasting pan. In the same skillet, sauté the garlic and onion and add the paprika. When it bubbles, add the chicken stock and tomato puree and Bring to the boil. Reduce slightly and pour over the chicken. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 450 F for about 25 minutes of until ready. At the end if the sauce is too thin, pour it in a pan and reduce it to the desired thickness.
