 Bacon & Bleu Cheese Chicken Recipe

 Bacon & Bleu Cheese Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 8 Chicken Thighs
  • 3 tbsps. (tablespoons) dried minced Onion
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) dried Parsley flakes
  • 2 tsps.(teaspoons) dried Basil
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) Poppy Seeds
  • 1 cup chunky Bleu Cheese dressing
  • 6 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled


Time: 1 hour
Serves: 4

 Bacon & Bleu Cheese Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • In a small bowl, mix together first 4 ingredients; rub into chicken.
     

  • Place in baking dish. Pour dressing over chicken.
     

  • Bake uncovered at 350°F for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon.
     

  • Return to oven for 5 minutes.
