 Gingered Vegetable Chicken Soup Recipe

 Gingered Vegetable Chicken Soup Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cubed - Cooked Chicken
  • 14 1/2oz Can Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup frozen - Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Dry Sherry
  • ¼ tsp.(teaspoon) Ground Ginger


Time: 15 min
Serves: 2

 Gingered Vegetable Chicken Soup Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • In a 1 ½ qt. casserole mix together chicken broth, sherry and ginger.
     

  • Cook, covered on 100% power for 4-6 minutes or till boiling.
     

  • Stir in vegetables and chicken. Cook, covered, on high 3-5 minutes or till vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is treated through, stirring once.
