 Chicken Potpie Recipe

 Chicken Potpie Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cubed cooked Chicken Breast
  • 1 - 16oz package frozen Mixed Vegetables - thawed
  • 1 - 10.75oz can condensed Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 - 10.75oz can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Skim Milk


Time: 15 min
Serves: 4

 Chicken Potpie Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • In a medium sauce pan mix together chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of potato soup, cream of chicken soup and milk.
     

  • Heat through and serve with crumbled crackers on top.

  • Allow to cool a little before serving
  • Ensure that all frozen Chicken has completely Defrosted before cooking
