 Chicken & Vegetable Soup Recipe

 Chicken & Vegetable Soup Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts - boneless, skinless
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 Large can Home Style Veggies
  • 1 large can of Diced Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Thyme


Time: 1 hour
30 min
Serves: 4 - 6

 Chicken & Vegetable Soup Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Cut chicken into bite size pieces and brown in 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) of olive oil.
     

  • Add corn, veggies, and tomatoes. Add water until veggies and chicken are just covered.
     

  • Mix in seasonings Bring to the boil then turn to low heat and simmer for up to an hour.
     

  • The chicken becomes very tender when you simmer for at least an hour.

  • Allow to cool a little before serving
  • Ensure that all frozen Chicken has completely Defrosted before cooking
