 Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe

 Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • ½ Chicken Breast - grilled
  • 1 lb of Wild Greens
  • Fresh Figs - or Dried
  • Two slices of Proscuitto Ham
  • ½ cup of finely chopped - Fresh Cranberries
  • ¼ cup of Fresh Thyme - chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ tbsp.(tablespoon) of chopped - Garlic
  • ½ tbsp.(tablespoon) of chopped - Shallots
  • 1 cup of Olive Oil
  • ½ cup of Vinegar
  • ¼ cup of Sugar


Time: 15 min
Serves: 1

 Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Prepare dressing by adding All ingredients, omitting the first four.
     

  • Be sure that Wild greens are washed and arrange on plate.
     

  • Garnish with chicken, ham, and figs.
     

  • Add Colorful dressing on top.
     

  • Serve
