 Cranberry Chicken Salad Recipe

 Cranberry Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Chicken - cut up
  • 1 pkg. Cherry Jello
  • 1 can Jellied Cranberries
  • 1 - 9oz can crushed Pineapple
  • ½ cup chopped Nuts
  • 1 pkg. Lemon Jello
  • 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • ½ cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup diced Celery
  • Salt - to taste

 Cranberry Chicken Salad Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Dissolve cherry Jello and 1 cup hot water. When syrupy add 1 can jellied cranberries, crushed pineapple and ½ cup chopped nuts.
     

  • Let set. Then dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup hot water. When syrupy add Miracle Whip, evaporated milk, diced celery, chicken and salt to taste.
     

  • Pour on top. Chill.
