 Chicken & Almond Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups cooked Chicken
  • ¾ cup diced Celery
  • 1 ½ tbsps. (tablespoons) Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Seedless White Grapes
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • ½ tsp.(teaspoon) Dry Mustard
  • ¾ tsp.(teaspoon) Salt
  • 1/16 tsp.(teaspoon) Pepper
  • 1/8 cup Light Cream
  • 1 hard boiled Egg - sliced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise

 Chicken & Almond Salad Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Mix cream and mayonnaise together with mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
     

  • Pour over other ingredients.
