 Best Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken - chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped Onion
  • ¼ cup chopped Ripe Olives
  • 3 chopped hard boiled Eggs
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup - undiluted
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • Season well with Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • Very thin Pepperidge Farm bread
  • 4oz jar Mushrooms - chopped

  • Mix cream of chicken soup with sour cream. Set aside.
     

  • Mix chicken, onion, olives, eggs, mushrooms, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
     

  • Make sandwiches and place side by side on a cookie sheet.
     

  • Spread with soup, sour cream mixture.
     

  • Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
