 Almond Chicken Salad Recipe

 Almond Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 ½ cups seedless green grapes - halved
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ¾ cup sliced green onion
  • 3 hard boiled eggs - chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Pre-Prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp.(teaspoon) salt
  • ½ tsp.(teaspoon) pepper
  • ¼ tsp.(teaspoon) onion pepper
  • ¼ tsp.(teaspoon) celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp.(teaspoon) dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp.(teaspoon) paprika
  • ½ cup slivered almonds - toasted
  • 1 kiwifruit - peeled and sliced


Time: 15 min
Serves: 6

 Almond Chicken Salad Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • In large bowl mix together chicken, grapes, celery, onions, eggs.
     

  • In another bowl, mix together the next 9 ingredients; Stir until smooth.
     

  • Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently.
     

  • Stir in almonds and serve immediately.
     

  • Garnish with kiwifruit.
