 Crockpot Honey Orange Chicken Recipe

 Crockpot Honey Orange Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
  • 8 Chicken Thighs - frozen
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • ½ tsp.(teaspoon) Salt
  • 1 tbsp.(tablespoon) Dry Mustard
  • 2 tsps.(teaspoons) Fresh Garlic Root - minced
  • 2 tsps.(teaspoons) Fresh Garlic - minced
  • 2 tsps.(teaspoons) Soy Sauce
  • 1 - 10oz package Frozen Broccoli Flowerets
  • 2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup Water
  • Cooked Rice

 Crockpot Honey Orange Chicken Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Place the frozen chicken in the crockpot right out of the freezer.
     

  • Whisk all other ingredients (except cooked rice, broccoli, cornstarch and water) together and pour over the chicken.
     

  • Turn the crockpot on low and cook for four to five hours.
     

  • If you desire, you may top and cover with frozen broccoli flowerets about one hour before the chicken is finished.
     

  • Before serving, remove the chicken and broccoli and stir in the cornstarch mixture.
     

  • Place crockpot on high until the broth bubbles and thickens.
