 Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

 Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 Chicken Breasts - skin & bone
    3 Swiss Cheese Slices - halved
    3 Ham Slices - halved
    2 tbsps. (tablespoons) Margarine
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    3 tbsps. (tablespoons) Milk
    ¼ tsp.(teaspoon) Seasoned Pepper

 Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Flatten chicken breasts with wooden mallet.
     

  • Cover each half breast with a slice of cheese and ham. Secure with toothpicks.
     

  • In skillet, brown chicken in hot margarine. Arrange in crock pot.
     

  • mix together soup and remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
     

  • Cook on Low for 5 hours.
