 Chicken & Gravy Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 lb Chicken
  • ¼ cup Dry  White Wine
  • 1 can Cream Mushroom Soup
  • 4oz Mushrooms


Time: N/A
Serves: 10

 Chicken & Gravy Recipe Instructions & Tips:

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place in crockpot.
     

  • Mix wine and soup and pour over chicken. Pour mushrooms over top of chicken and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

  • Allow to cool a little before serving
  • Ensure that all frozen Chicken has completely Defrosted before cooking
